The New Normal has taught us that the old methods won’t help us grow any further, this is a totally different time now and we don’t know what the next 5-10 years will be like. In the past, an organization developing a project needed the whole team at a single location but now, the situations demand working remotely. So, industries and corporates have to adapt in order to sustain through this period. The ability to adapt is very important in the current environment. Opportunities are redundant, we need to keep ourselves optimistic, and use this time to transform oneself. The market has changed drastically in the past few months and changed the market in all different levels and will continue to do so. If I recommend one skillset to everyone, it would be to get yourself abreast with new technology.
